All Apparel is final sale. We do not accept returns for a store credit or refund, all sales are final. If apparel is sent back customer's will be hit with a 15% re-stocking fee. 


Return Policy:


Baseball Plus stands behind every bat and glove we sell. We are committed to having happy customers that not only can’t wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about Baseball Plus. That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund. The item must be brand new in the manufactures wrapping with all original tags. This does not apply to apparel. We do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel.

Baseball Plus offers you a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Baseball Plus, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 30 DAYS in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping is not refundable.  This does not apply to apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Any orders sent back after 30 days will be hit with a 15% re-stocking fee.

Orders received prior to 4:00 PM (EST) are usually shipped the same day.  Orders taken on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday via our website or our order desk will not be shipped until the next business day. 2nd-Day Air orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturday. Next-day Saturday delivery is an additional charge.

All orders are triple checked through our system. If you believe that part of your order is missing or was shipped defective, please inform us within 24 hours via phone or email.

Rush orders that are incorrectly shipped via ground freight, instead of the requested rush ship method, will be credited the difference between the rush freight charge and ground freight charges. Rush orders that are past their delivery due date and haven't already been shipped out 2nd-Day Air, as well as all freight charges, will be credited. Delays beyond our control (i.e. acts of God, Fedex error, customer error, etc.) are not covered under this guarantee.

We are authorized distributors of every product contained in this catalog. All products are sold in new and first-quality condition, unless otherwise specifically stated. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty, which may require the defective product to be returned to a specific manufacturer and not back to us. Some products, such as batting gloves and wood bats have little (one week) or NO warranty. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be familiar with the manufacturer’s warranty before making an offer to purchase the product.

Defective products may be replaced or repaired in accordance with manufacturers’ warranties at the discretion of Baseball Plus and/or the manufacturer. Products are not guaranteed against misuse, mishandling or uncommon abuse. Some manufacturers require that defective products be returned for inspection, which may cause additional delay. The purchaser is responsible for (including freight costs) returning defective items for repair or exchange.

Please allow 2-4 days for processing in our warehouse, plus return transit time.

Non-repairable defective merchandise may only be exchanged. Refunds will not be given.

All warranties begin on the date that the original item is shipped. Warranties do cover, but do not start anew, the replacement order. Replacement items fall under the terms of the original purchase.

Baseball Plus accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. In order to protect both the consumer and Baseball Plus from fraud, it is necessary for us to collect the address to which your credit card statement is actually mailed each month. We refer to this address as the "billing" address. You may also specify a different shipping address. Baseball Plus is not responsible for shipping delays that result from our not having the billing address available at the time of credit card authorization. If your billing address cannot be verified, Baseball Plus will make reasonable attempts to obtain a verbal authorization from your bank. However, due to order volume, this process may require more than 24 hours and can delay your order significantly.

Baseball Plus will accept offers to purchase from any accredited or public funded institutions, city or state governments, and sanctioned youth league governed by a board of directors. Any specific rules that are required for prompt payment, such as "Must Ship Complete", "Cancel Back-Orders", "Written Purchase Orders Only", authorized purchasing agents, etc., must be stated in your cover letter.

It is the preference of Baseball Plus that the merchandise be paid for as it is invoiced, which is also as it is shipped. If your league, district, or organization will not pay on less than complete shipments, you must inform us of this at the time that the order is placed.

Leagues, booster clubs, and organizations that operate under a board of directors must also furnish an account information sheet (listed in this catalog or online) in writing each year, even if there are no changes. The account information sheet requires youth list reasonable agents for your association. Changes to your account must be made in writing by submitting a new Account Information Sheet.

Prices listed in the catalog and/or website are intended as a guide only. We make every effort to provide you with an error-free catalog and website. In the event there is a misprint, we reserve the right to correct the copy or pricing to reflect the typographical actual current status. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. Pictures are for illustration purposes only and may not be exact. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Baseball Plus will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any, imposed on Baseball Plus in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.

No product will be sold on a trial basis unless it is expressly stated in writing on the invoice at the time of sale.

Special orders and custom goods may not be returned unless defective.

If for some reason you've found an advertised price from one of our specified competitors, that is lower than any identical product currently in stock that we sell on (even if it is only a $.01 lower) - we'll beat their advertised price by 10%!  Requests for Price Matching must be made at the time an order is placed using the method described below; Requests for Price Matching must be made for the identical product (this includes, but is not limited to: size, width, color, pattern, etc.).

To apply for a price adjustment, please follow these three easy steps:
